If you wish to return your item after it is received, replace the product back into its original packing materials, if available, and return it to the address listed below. If you do not have the original packing materials, take to your local packaging store for proper mailing procedures and please be sure to insure your shipment with a trackable shipping carrier. All returns must be received by us in resellable condition.

Once your returned product is received, we will issue a credit card refund which will appear on your next billing statement.
In the unusual event of a incorrect or damaged order, call us at (510) 635-5914 or e-mail us by clicking the "Contact" link below to inform us of the problem. Please call during the business hours of 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Coast time. Replace the product back into its original packing materials. We will then issue a call tag for the shipping company to come and retrieve your damaged or incorrect package. We will, in the meantime, resend your order as soon as possible.
-All packages are fully insured and shipped FEDEX.
-Print orders are shipped in five business days. Please add 2-6 business days for the delivery depending on your distance from California. Because all our prints are handsigned by the the photographer, there may be slight delays if he is traveling. We will inform you of any such delays.
-Image Panel and Stretched Canvas orders are shipped in ten to fifteen business days. Please add 2-6 business days for the delivery depending on your distance from California. If the photographer is traveling there might be slight delays. We will inform you of any such delays.
-Please use your street address, as our shipping company does not deliver to post office box numbers
